Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Production Time

Many of our products are made to order. Production and processing times vary by product and will be communicated in the product page, quote, or order confirmation.

2. Shipping Regions

We ship from Germany. International shipping may be available depending on the product size and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or provided in a custom quote for larger or fragile items.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery & Risk

Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, document it and contact us as soon as possible.
