Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are made to order and/or customized, return options depend on the type of item.
1. Standard Products
If your item is a standard (non-custom) product, you may have a right to withdraw from the purchase within the statutory period where applicable. Please contact us before sending any return.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Items that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized are generally excluded from returns under applicable consumer law. Examples include custom dimensions, custom finishes, or individualized designs.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- photos of the damage (and packaging),
- a short description of the issue.
We will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
4. Return Conditions
- Returns must be approved by us in advance.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging where possible.
- Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may reduce the refund.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after the claim is accepted for damaged goods). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
