Who can apply?
Our program is intended for interior designers, architects, hospitality professionals, procurement teams and other qualified design professionals.
How are trade terms calculated?
Trade and contract terms are prepared for each project and depend on the selected pieces, quantities and scope. Submit an application or project brief and we will provide a tailored quotation.
Can I request wood and finish samples?
Yes. Tell us which woods and finishes you are considering and where the project is located, and we will discuss the most useful sample set with you.
Can standard pieces be customised?
Selected designs can be made in individual dimensions. We can also discuss finishes and individual grain selection, subject to technical review and a separate quotation.
What is the production lead time?
Lead times depend on the product, specification, quantity and current workshop schedule. The current standard lead time is usually around six weeks; project timing is confirmed with your quotation.
Are CAD and 3D files available?
Yes. Available specification assets can be supplied for project planning. Include the models you are considering in your request.
